Buying Property
in Mexico

Mexico has legal procedures and documents
to protect all parties in real estate transactions. Both are
similar to those used in the United States. Mexico uses Notaries
Public for this purpose. They are attorneys at law authorized
to lawfully authenticate legal acts and judicial facts. Notaries
Public can also advise parties on legal compliance as well
as advise on applicable taxes. In a typical transaction normal
annual costs include the payments for real estate taxes and
utilities. Salsa! Realty has a special partnership with Kino
Bay Estates, to work with the laws of both the United States
and Mexico, to provide a safe, well documented process that
ensures buyers' rights will be protected and preserved.
