Public for this purpose. They are attorneys at law authorized
to lawfully authenticate legal acts and judicial facts. Notaries
Public can also advise parties on legal compliance as well
as advise on applicable taxes. In a typical transaction normal
annual costs include the payments for real estate taxes and
